Caesarea South Ltd. (Caesarea South Power Plant) is in its advanced stages of planning for the power plant
in the Caesarea Southern Business Park.
The power plant will operate using the trigeneration method (CCHP – Combined Cooling, Heating and Power)
with a planned output of up to 7 MW of electricity. It
will provide the electricity and energy needs of various consumers in the Southern Business Park.
Excess power, if any, will be sold to other consumers through the Electric Company conduction grid.
Caesarea Industrial Park:
Established in 1993 and covering 350 hectares, the Caesarea Industrial Park is a high-tech industry compound,
located in the eastern part of the city of Caesarea. . The park currently features over 180 high-tech and medical equipment
companies, alongside logistical centers and service and entertainment venues, with over 7800 workers.
