Masarik Power Plant

Masaryk Power Ltd. (the Masaryk Power Plant) is in its advanced stages of planning and licensing for the construction

of a power plant in Kibbutz Kfar Masaryk, located in the northern part of Israel, 120 km from Jerusalem.

The power plant will operate using the cogeneration method (CHP – Combined Heat and Power) with a planned

output of up to 3.6 MW of electricity. It will provide the electricity and thermal energy needs of Kibbutz Kfar Masaryk

and nearby industrial consumers. Excess power, if any, will be sold to other consumers through the Electric Company conduction grid.

Kibbutz Kfar Masaryk:

Located in the northern part of Israel, the kibbutz is part of the Mateh Asher Regional Council. Its economy is based

on agriculture, commerce and industry. The kibbutz operates the Kfar Masaryk Desalinization Plant, which receives raw

saline water from two wells, and produces over 15,000 cubic meters of quality potable water per day for the local

municipality.
