G.P. Global Power Ltd. (Global Power) and its shareholders have been active in the field of infrastructure for many years. IPM Be’er Tuvia (IPM Be’er Tuvia) is in its construction phases after finalizing its “financial stage”. The power plant is to be built in the Be’er Tuvia Industrial Zone, 60 km from Jerusalem and is planned to produce up to 430-450 megawatts of electricity. International corporation SIEMENS was chosen as EPC contractor and will manage the construction of the power plant. The Public Services Authority granted IPM Be’er Tuvia a power production license for the intended output. 85% of the power plant’s output will be provided to the power grid within the framework of a PPA agreement signed with the Electric Company for a period of 20 years. Excess power will be sold to other consumers through the Electric Company conduction grid.
Global Bio Power 1 Ltd. (Bio-Gas Hadera Paper) has completed the development, planning, financing and construction of a power plant with an installed output of up to 2 MW. It operates the power plant powered by biogas renewable energy technology, manufacturing the sludge of the waste treatment facility for Hadera Paper’s paper industry in a process of anaerobic decomposition. Bio-Gas Hadera Paper is located in Hadera, 90 km from Jerusalem. Due to the power plant’s use of biogas renewable energy, originated from the paper recycling plant’s waste, the plant sells its total power output to the Electric Company in accordance with the Public Services Authority Regulations – Electricity.

החברה מתמקדת בפיתוח מפעלים לעיבוד אנרגיה המבוססים על טכנולוגיה ייחודית בשם KDV אשר פותחה על ידי חברת Alphakat. טכנולוגיה זו מאפשרת התמרת סוגים שונים של פסולת עירונית מוצקה (MSW) לסולר מינרלי.
טכנולוגית ה- KDV משלבת תהליכי ואקום בטמפרטורה נמוכה, זרז מיוחד המוגן בפטנט וטורבינה הפועלת במהירות גבוהה. התהליך ממיר ומזקק פסולת המכילה פחמימנים לסולר מינרלי באיכות גבוהה.
מיקוד הפעילות של החברה במגזר זה יהיה הקמה ותפעול של מספר מתקנים להפקת סולר מינרלי מפסולת עירונית מוצקה (MSW), שאריות נפט, פסולת מזקקות וביומסה. החברה תשתף פעולה עם שותפים מקומיים ביניהם חברות אשר ביכולתם לספק כמויות גדולות של הפסולת הנדרשת לצורך ייצור הסולר המינרלי.
